Customers are required to present their service booking information to our receptionist to check-in at the designated time:

Check-out Time: before 12:00 PM
Early check-in is subject to room availability at the hotel.
Any additional charges incurred for using additional services or products at the hotel during the stay will be listed according to the hotel's prices and regulations. Please settle these charges upon check-out.
Children under 2 years old staying with parents do not require an additional fee.
