Hotel Amendment, Refund policy
In case customers wish to change their check-out date, switch to a different room type, or cancel their booking, please contact our support department via the provided information on our website, the Booking Department, for assistance.
**Room Change Policy:**
If customers want to upgrade to a higher room category, there will be an additional charge based on the difference in room rates for the desired room category. The price difference varies depending on different hotels and room types. In the event customers wish to downgrade to a lower room category than the one booked or occupied, there might not be a refund for the price difference. Whether a refund is applicable depends on the date when the customer decides to make the change. The refund policy will be communicated to the customer via email or phone based on the contact information provided.
**Change of Check-in Date Policy:**
If customers want to change their check-in or check-out date, please contact us via the phone number or support email provided on the website. We will check the room availability for that time frame. If rooms are available, we will assist in making the change; otherwise, we won’t be able to accommodate the change per the customer's request.
**Cancellation Policy:**
Cancellation policies vary for each hotel. Customers will be informed of the cancellation policy for each hotel before booking and in the booking confirmation email. If customers cancel a booked room, depending on the hotel's policy, different cancellation rules will apply. If a customer has booked a room but does not arrive for check-in, 100% of the booking amount will be charged, and the customer will not receive any refund.
After canceling a booking, we will provide customers with detailed information regarding the service, incurred costs, if any, and the refund amount. If a customer is eligible for a refund, we will process it via bank transfer to the account provided by the customer or update it in the wallet used by the customer. The refund process takes 15-30 working days, and the customer will not incur any fees for this refund.
